Therapy is an investment in your long-term wellbeing.
Fees & Insurance
Starting therapy is both an emotional and financial decision. Our goal is to make the process clear and transparent so you can focus on your care, not the logistics.
We are an out-of-network practice, which means we do not contract with insurance companies or bill insurance directly. Many of our clients use their out-of-network benefits to significantly reduce their out-of-pocket costs.
Session fees vary based on session length and each clinician's experience, training, and specialty areas. Fees are discussed during your initial consultation.
A limited number of reduced-fee (sliding scale) appointments may be available based on financial need. Please feel free to inquire about current availability.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many clients are pleasantly surprised to learn that their insurance plan may reimburse a significant portion of therapy costs through out-of-network benefits. After any applicable deductible is met, many plans reimburse approximately 60–90% of the insurer's allowed amount.
We are happy to provide superbills and help you navigate the reimbursement process. Because coverage varies by plan, we encourage you to verify your out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance provider.

Yes, you can still use your insurance to pay for therapy!
Here's how Payment Works:
You pay for each session at the time of service. We accept:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA/FSA cards, Zelle, Venmo, and checks. We provide a monthly superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may receive reimbursement—often 60–90% depending on your deductible and plan.
Getting Reimbursed
Reimbursement is handled directly by your insurance company after you submit your superbill. Processing times vary, typically ranging from 2–6 weeks depending on your insurer.
