Together, we explore what's been most challenging and what you'd like to work toward.
Sessions offer space to process difficult thoughts and feelings while developing practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed. We may explore changes in identity, relationship dynamics, shifting expectations, and ways to ask for and receive support.
